How warm does it get?
Every product has three heat levels. The heated insoles reach about 104°F (40°C) on low, 122°F (50°C) on medium and 131°F (55°C) on high. The vest and gloves heat up within moments of switching on, and you choose the level that's comfortable.
How long does the battery last?
It depends on the heat level and how cold it is. The insoles are rated for about 4 hours on high, 6 on medium and 9 on low. The vest runs on the included USB power bank, and you can carry a spare power bank for longer days. Lower settings always last longest.
Is the battery included?
Yes, for every product. Gloves: two rechargeable batteries. Insoles: built in. Vest: a USB power bank is included, and the vest also works with any 5 V USB power bank.
Is it bulky?
No. The heating elements are thin, flexible panels. The vest is designed to go under your normal jacket, and the insoles are about as thick as a regular insole.
Can I wash it?
The vest is machine washable on a gentle cycle once the power bank is removed. Gloves are spot clean only, and insoles wipe clean. See Battery & Care.
What happens when the battery runs out?
The product stops heating and works like normal clothing until you recharge it.
Can I take it on a plane?
Rules for lithium batteries vary by airline. Batteries usually have to travel in your carry-on, not your checked bag. Check with your airline before you fly.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is $9.99, or free on orders of $150 and more, including all kits. We pay all duties and import fees. Delivery takes 8-14 business days in the US and 6-12 business days in Europe, after 1-3 days of processing. See our shipping policy.
