What's covered
- Heating elements that stop heating
- Batteries that won't charge or hold a charge under normal use
- Controllers, buttons, remotes and connectors that fail
- Manufacturing defects in materials or stitching
What's not covered
- Damage from washing with the battery connected, or not following the care instructions
- Physical damage such as cuts, tears, burns or crushing
- Normal wear and tear, and the gradual loss of battery capacity that happens with all rechargeable batteries over time
- Use of chargers or batteries not supplied by ALOVSTEIN
How to make a claim
- Email support@alovstein.com with your order number.
- Describe the problem and include a short video or photos showing it.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with a fix: a replacement part (such as a battery or remote), a replacement product, or a refund if neither is possible.
If you notice a battery getting unusually hot, swelling or smelling, stop using it immediately and contact us. We treat these reports as urgent.
