Where we ship

We ship to the United States and selected countries worldwide. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

After shipping, orders arrive in 8-14 business days in the United States and 6-12 business days in Europe.

Your order ships directly from our fulfillment partner. If your order contains more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $9.99 per order. Orders of $150 or more, including all of our bundles, ship free. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Batteries

Our products contain lithium batteries, which are shipped according to carrier rules for battery-powered products. This can occasionally add a day or two to delivery.

Customs and duties

We pay all customs fees and import duties. You won't be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window, email support@alovstein.com and we'll sort it out. Orders lost in transit by the carrier are always covered.

Checkout+ (optional)

For $4.95 per order you can add Checkout+ in your cart. It adds free return shipping on change-of-mind returns, cover if your package is stolen after tracking shows it as delivered (report within 14 days), and priority support. Details: alovstein.com/pages/checkout-plus.
