Refund policy

If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

What can be returned

Items must be in like-new condition, with all parts included (battery, cables, remote) and in the original packaging.
Products that have been washed, damaged or modified can't be returned for a change of mind. If something is faulty, our 1-year warranty (alovstein.com/pages/warranty) covers it.

How to start a return

Email support@alovstein.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
We'll send you return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because lithium batteries need to be shipped correctly.
Once we receive and check the return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover the return and send a replacement or refund. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer, unless you added Checkout+ to your order. With Checkout+, change-of-mind return shipping is free (see alovstein.com/pages/checkout-plus).
