Checkout+ is an optional add-on for $4.95 per order, offered in your cart. You can always check out without it.
What Checkout+ adds
- Free returns. Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and we pay the return shipping. Without Checkout+, return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.
- Porch-theft protection. If tracking shows your order as delivered but it's missing or was stolen, email us within 14 days and we'll reship or refund it.
- Priority support. Your returns and claims go to the front of the queue.
What's always covered, with or without Checkout+
- Items that arrive damaged, faulty or wrong
- Orders lost in transit by the carrier
- Our 1-year warranty on the heating system and battery
How to use it
Email support@alovstein.com with your order number. Checkout+ is non-refundable once your order ships, and it applies to the order it was bought with.
